What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Create seasonal 4–6-week menus that fit within the budget.
✅ Supervise and train Food Security Volunteers in food handling and safety.
✅ Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
✅ Maintain health and safety compliance, keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
✅ Promote Captain Crow’s Café and raise awareness of food security initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 MSVU student enrolled in at least 0.5 credits.
👩🍳 1+ years of commercial food preparation experience.
🛠 Strong leadership & organizational skills – you can juggle tasks and think on your feet!
📋 Food safety & compliance knowledge – experience with WHMIS, First Aid, and food safety training is a plus!
