Opting out/ adding dependents
Deadline to Opt-out is September 16, 2026
In order to successfully opt out of the plan, students must provide evidence of coverage through an alternative provider. MSI is not considered alternative coverage. If you have any questions about the plan or opt outs, feel free to contact patti.gentile@msvu.ca

Student Wellness
A free tool for students
Student wellness is available to MSVU students through Student Benefits. The resource is available both online and as an App. It provides resources for connecting to a counsellor as well as written resources to help in areas such as living, health, and parenting.
