Apply for our Housing Bursary

For many students, housing instability is a major cause of stress and uncertainty. There are many situational factors that influence one’s access to safe, stable housing without compromising their post-secondary academic performance. Our aim with this housing bursary is to provide financial support to MSVU students facing housing barriers that hinder their pursuit of post-secondary
education.

This bursary, supported by the TD Insurance Meloche Monnex Affinity Program, is designed to support students facing financial hardship or housing insecurity. As students, we understand how housing plays a significant role in academic performance and overall well-being. The MSVUSU is committed to supporting our students, especially those who face unique barriers towards their education. By providing a bursary towards safe, stable housing, we aim to resolve or remove these barriers and the mental and emotional toll they take on our students.

Selected student(s) will receive a one-time $1000 CAD housing bursary, with the potential to
receive more at the discretion of the committee.

The deadline to apply is October 19th, 11:59 pm
