Renewing A Society

Societies must re-ratify each year. Society ratification is valid from May 1st of the current year until April 30th of the next year. All societies ratified after March 1st of any given year will be considered ratified for the following year.

Required Documents for Re-Ratification

Society Constitution

This is the governing document for your society and is required for all ratifications.

Executive Member List

This is a list of all the elected society executives with their names and MSVU emails.

Financial Statement

This could be a spreadsheet of finances, a bank statement, or another equivalent

Minutes from an AGM or summary of activities from the past year

This gives us an idea of the activities your society has been undertaking.
